Zing Universal Fuse Carrier Isolation Port/Socket Lockout, Polycarbonate & ABS, Yellow

The adjustable Universal Fuse Carrier/Isolation Port Lockout is a multi-use, safety lockout device used for locking out electrical fuse holders up to 100A (20amp, 32amp, 63amp and 100amp), sometimes referred to as Red Spot Fuses. The device also locks out electrical isolation port/sockets on electric and hybrid vehicles commonly referred to as the Manual Service Disconnect (MSD). The adjustable design makes it suitable for larger Red Spot fuse holders rated at 63A and 100A and other similar cavity style fuse holders. The device can be installed without the use of any tools by simply gripping the side wall of the fuse holder and then is locked in place with safety padlock (insulated/dielectric padlock recommended). It is designed to restrict finger access to live contacts and prevent the reinsertion of a fuse or connectors while maintenance is in progress. It is constructed from a blend of Polycarbonate and ABS for high impact strength and durability. It has no metal parts to reduce risks in live working environments. Accepts any padlock up to 1/4″ diameter shackle.
