The Virtual LED Projectors eliminate the need for painted or adhesive images on the floor. This reduces need to use harsh chemicals to remove paint or adhesives when they have to be reapplied. LED projectors consume significantly less energy than traditional lighting systems such as fluorescent or incandescent bulbs. LED projectors have a long lifespan of over 75,000 hours, meaning they need to be replaced far less often than conventional lighting or physical floor markings. This reduces waste and the environmental impact of maintenance activities. The long 75,000 hour LED lifespan provides up to 13 years of operation (24 hours/day, 5 days/week). The LED Dock Line projector system provides a highly visible line projection to assist drivers when backing trailers into terminal docks. Without assistance, injuries can occur, docks and trailers can become damaged, and centering trailers can be time-consuming.

LED Dock Lines are visible on all surfaces including water, mud, gravel, and snow. They work best during morning, evening, and night times.

The LED Dock Lines can be seen in a driver’s wing mirrors upon approaching the docking lane and provide a visual indicator that the trailer is centered in the lane.
