Case contains two 1-1/2″ lockout hasps, two 3/4″ shackle locks, 10 lockout tags with fasteners, 10 accident prevention tags with fasteners, 2 cable lockout devices, 2 valve wheel lockout devices that fit handles of 2-1/2″ to 5″, two ball valve lockouts that fit valves 1-1/4″ to 2-1/4″ and two valve wheel lockout devices that fit handles 1″ to 2-1/2″.
