Features:

  • Custom Design: originally designed for shipbuilding applications including submarin work, this helmet has since proven effective for other tight, confined space welding applications
  • Leather Protection: customized leather bib replacements ( repl bib # S21100 ) on top and bottom allow the worker to fit in those small spaces while being prtected against IR heat, smoke and spatter
  • Flip Up: includes 2″ x 4-1/4″ spring loaded positive lock flip front – fits 2″ x 4-1/4″ filter plate or ADF ( sold seperately )
  • Coating / Headgear: includes a proprietary SUPER KOOL SILVER COATING which keeps the helmet 30% cooler than standard helmets, includes a quick release ratchet headgear with sweatband for added comfort
  • OSHA Compliant: meets ANSI Z87.1 standard
