• 12″ high curb and 3-5/8″ wide flange for securing to roof deck
• Cover includes a 14 gauge aluminum exterio
• 22 gauge aluminum liner with a TPE draft seal gasket door seal
• Insulation 1″ fiberboard insulation surrounding the base
• 1″ mineral wool insulation between the exterior cover and liner
• Heavy-duty hinge, heavy gauge automatic hold open arm
• (2) compression spring-operated cylinders
• Railing is 1-5/8″ galvanized steel with zinc-plated caps
• Galvanized 2″ x 2″ 16 gauge steel with galvanized clamps
• Guard is a zinc plated ASTM chain
