The Squids® 3785 Split Ring Tool Attachment (10-pack) is designed to create a larger retrofit attachment point on tools with small captive holes for tethering tools up to 2lbs // 0.9kg, preventing dropped or falling objects from occurring on the job. Connection points for tool lanyards can be tricky to find, especially on smaller hand tools with small captive holes. While working at-heights, it is important to tether tools as part of your overall fall protection plan, but the lack of these connection points can make that difficult.

STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
To install, simply open the split ring with a pair of ring pliers and thread through tool’s captive hole and turn until the ring is fully connected. Built with a strong, plated steel, these split rings are durable.
