  • Stop ball valve from being turned by applying this unique gull-wing design lockout. Easy-to-use lockout has two wingspan halves that hinge to quickly and simply secure over any closed ball valve handle.
  • Secure with a padlock (sold separately) that is positioned so that the tag is always on top and visible
  • Bright red, plastic device works with ball valve handles either perpendicular or parallel to the pipe
  • Can meet the device needs in accordance to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147
  • Durable plastic device fits 1 1/2″ – 2″ Ball Valve (Approximate Overall Size: 4 1/2″ x 5 2/3″ x 5 2/3″)
  • Fits Handle up to 1 1/2″W x 1/2″ thick
