Lockout tags prevent accidental or unexpected start up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. Vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface. Withstands the toughest dirty and greasy conditions. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
