Prevent gate valve handle from being turned without authority. The lockout’s hinged clamshell housing fully encloses the valve handle and prevents unauthorized access.
Tough plastic is a bright hazard red color and features shackle hole for securing with padlock (sold separately)
Unique pry guard, prevents the ability to insert a screwdriver in between the halves to pry them apart
Center thinner area allows for easy drill through and attachment on rising stem gate valves
Includes safety label with red diagonal hazard stripes and space to write in pertinent lockout information
Red octagon shape reinforces the lockout status and conveys STOP
