  • Prevent gate valve handle from being turned without authority. The lockout’s hinged clamshell housing fully encloses the valve handle and prevents unauthorized access.
  • Tough plastic is a bright hazard red color and features shackle hole for securing with padlock (sold separately)
  • Unique pry guard, prevents the ability to insert a screwdriver in between the halves to pry them apart
  • Center thinner area allows for easy drill through and attachment on rising stem gate valves
  • Includes safety label with red diagonal hazard stripes and space to write in pertinent lockout information
  • Red octagon shape reinforces the lockout status and conveys STOP
  • Can meet the device needs in accordance to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147
