TempAlert® MTA-2 Mechanical Temperature Monitor with Dual High and Low Output

The Temp Alert® MTA-2 is a reliable and economical temperature-monitoring device that can be used in residential or commercial applications. Integrate into a security panel, set the desired temperature parameters, and have peace of mind that you will be notified of an incident where corrective action is needed. Alarm contacts may not function outside of the alarm use range. Non-condensing environments only. Do NOT put console in freezer/cooler. Use an EnviroAlert® or EnviroAlert Professional® with a wired sensor.

• No power required to operate and connects to most hard wire or wireless alarm systems
• Separate output for high and low alarm signals
• Do not place the Temp°Alert® MTA-2 in a cooler/freezer environment. Non-condensing environments only
• Normally open (N.O.) device with gold plated dry contact outputs (not for high voltage use)
• Contact output rating of 12VDC at 50mA
• Unit operating range of (1) for alarm use of 20 to 110 °F (-6.7 to +43.3 °C) and (2) for display use of 0 to 120 °F (-17.8 to +48.9 °C)
• Minimum temperature span of 10 °F (5.6 °C)
• Temperature accuracy of ±3.0 °F (±1.7 °C))
• Temperature response time of TC = 14 minutes.
